This is probably the MOST SIMPLE project when considering how practical and useful it is, plus how much better it made my front yard look. There are dozens of types of wall-mount brackets and reels, so feel free to get creative. I hope this inspires you to create your own, with your own stains/colors/plants/etc!
Give this DIY project a try. It’s as easy as staining a 4×4 post, cementing it in the ground, and attaching a few accent pieces (post caps, planters, and hose brackets). Overall I spent about $55 on it, not including tools and stain which I already had.
