An old style technology fixed piston compressors that were not software controlled. when you restrict airflow or recycle or raise RPM  of the engine. Normally your low side pressure will go down.
Your high side pressure will go up
And your evaporator air temperature will go lower .
But that is not always how it operates when the computer software can’t control a variable displacement compressor. With variable speed, condenser fan motors.. and sometimes even take over the speed of the dash blower motor over the evaporator.
In other situations, the software may even take over the blend air doors under the dash to start mixing hot air from the heater, core or fresh air with the cold evaporator air.
You will not have control over this. The computer decides what it will do depending on the year make model vehicle.. they do not all operate the same. There is no rule of thumb or average.
