[ASMR] Plug hole repair. ネジ山の壊れたプラグホールの修理

Today I repaired a plug hole.The owner of this bike screwed the plug in at an angle, breaking the threads and making the hole oval.It was impossible to tap and repair the engine while it was still on the bike.So I disassembled the head and repaired it.Since the hole was oval, I could not repair it with just the tap attached to RECOIL.So I used the milling machine to make the correct horizontal and vertical, re-drill and repair.

今日はプラグホールの修理です。オーナーさんがプラグを斜めにネジ込んでしまったため、プラグホールのネジ山が崩れ、穴も楕円になってしまいました。車載状態でタップで修正を試みるも、ちゃんと修正できなかったので、ヘッドを降ろして修正しました。ねじ山が少しでも生きていればリコイルのタップのみで修理可能な場合もありますが、今回は穴が楕円になっておりガイドのタップが入っていかなかったため、フライス盤で水平垂直を出した上に下穴処理し、リコイル修理を行いました。
