The guys started installing the airlines at the warehouse.
They’re using ¾” Aluminum Fast Pipe from Rapid Air.
It’s rated for up to 232 PSI.
The fittings just slide into place, and you tighten them down.
To mount the lines, they use these clips. Once the clips are screwed to the wall the pipe snaps into place.
They ran the airline around the perimeter of the building and used a “T” to drop down everywhere they wanted a hose reel.
These reels have 50 feet of 3/8” hose on them.
As the hose is being pulled out, you will hear clicks- if you stop at a click the reel will lock in place.
To release the reel, pull on the hose and it will unlock and retract.
There will be a flexible line connecting the reel to the “T” in the line.
Below each reel there are two additional quick connects.
They ordered this massive 240-gallon Champion Air Compressor.
It has dual 10 horsepower motors and two pumps.
It runs off 230 volt 3-phase power.
This thing is crazy is heavy- I know cause I had to help move it into place.
Let me know in the comments how much you think it weighs. @hausplans
