The easiest way to remove those large and annoying T Posts is to use the Same post digger/Hammer that you used to install the post with!
Flip it around, use the hook to rock and pop that post right out of the ground! Also, if you have a flat head post hammer.. I suggest you rock the post back, guide it under the notch and follow the same procedure.. Just without the hook.

This method is easy, fool proof and will 100% work every time!
If you have soft ground, or any ground. Use a piece of wood to give yourself a good area to work on. This will stop it from digging into the ground, therefore making your task 10x harder.
