HEALTH LOVERS! 🪷I like to walk and you like to walk, so let’s just do a series. I’m excited! 😆 Do you think we can make it to 100 days? Let’s find out. I will take 1-2 days to rest every week and the distance will be until my body says “that’s good girl” lol. So we’re looking to walk anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours. If you need to walk a shorter amount of time please do and increase when you can(no rush). The goal is to stay active. Remember to stay inspired and live well. Kindly, Mercedes
