今回は、ディーゼルエンジン、コモンレールシステムを1つのユニット化にし外部動力源でのサプライポンプ駆動によってのインジェクター噴射構想を実現した動画です。
高圧の燃料を制御するのに欠かせないSCVの制御で問題を抱えて一時は断念しかけた企画でしたが、何と協力していただける企業様に出会え思わぬ展開に！
SCVが制御可能なデバイス、ソフトを貸していただき何とか噴射テストまで達成いたしました！
このBosch・CP1Hのシステム圧力は1400bar（約1400㎏・cm２）ですが、今回のテスト噴射では何barで噴射出来るでしょうか？
ちなみに前回のコモンレールシステム企画で中華製ノズルテスターで噴射した時の（手押しポンプ）圧力は500kg/cm2でした。

It was a project that I had a problem with the control of SCV and was about to give up for a while, but I couldn’t meet a company who could cooperate with me, and it was an unexpected development!
We lent a device and software that can control SCV and managed to achieve the injection test!
The system pressure of this Bosch/CP1H is 1400 bar (about 1400 kg / cm2), but how many bars can be injected in this test injection?
By the way, the pressure (hand pump) when injecting with a Chinese nozzle tester in the previous common rail system project was 500 kg / cm2.
