condition looks good but the engine doesn&#8217;t start<\/p>\n<p>\u305d\u3053\u3067\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u3092\u6383\u9664\u3057\u3066\u307f\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3057\u305f<br \/>\nSo I decided to clean the carburetor<\/p>\n<p>\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u306e\u624b\u524d\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3044\u308b\u30a8\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u3068\u305d\u306e\u53d6\u308a\u4ed8\u3051\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u3059<br \/>\nRemove the air cleaner in front of the carburetor and its mounting cover<\/p>\n<p>\u30dc\u30c3\u30af\u30b9\u30ec\u30f3\u30c1\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u304d\u3066\u3044\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3067\u30b9\u30d1\u30ca\u3068\u30e2\u30f3\u30ad\u30fc\u30b9\u30d1\u30ca\u3092\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u3066\u30cd\u30b8\u3092\u5916\u3057\u305f<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t bring a box wrench, so I combined a spanner and a monkey spanner and removed the screws.<\/p>\n<p>\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc\u304c\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u305b\u306a\u3044<br \/>\nCarburetor cover cannot be removed<\/p>\n<p>\u80cc\u90e8\u3067\u30c1\u30e7\u30fc\u30af\u306b\u7e4b\u304c\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u305b\u3044\u3060\u3068\u5206\u304b\u3063\u305f<br \/>\nI found it because it was connected to the chalk on the back of the cover<br \/>\n\u30c1\u30e7\u30fc\u30af\u53d6\u308a\u4ed8\u3051\u30cd\u30b8\u3092\u7de9\u3081\u308b\u3068\u30c1\u30e7\u30fc\u30af\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\u30a8\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc\u304c\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u305b\u305f<br \/>\nThe air cleaner cover could be removed together with the choke by loosening the choke mounting screw.<br \/>\n\u6b21\u306b\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u306e\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u3057<br \/>\nNext, remove the carburetor<\/p>\n<p>\u71c3\u6599\u30db\u30fc\u30b9\u3092\u629c\u3044\u3066\u56fa\u5b9a\u30cd\u30b8\u3092\u5916\u3057\u3066\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u51fa\u3059<br \/>\nRemove the fuel hose, remove the fixing screws, and take out the carburetor.<br \/>\n\u7c21\u5358\u306b\u306f\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f<br \/>\nCouldn&#8217;t be easily removed<br \/>\n\u306a\u3093\u3068\u304b\u5e72\u6e09\u90e8\u5206\u3092\u8abf\u7bc0\u3057\u3066\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u51fa\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u305f<br \/>\nI managed to adjust the interference part and take out the carburetor<br \/>\n\u53d6\u308a\u5916\u305b\u307e\u3057\u305f<br \/>\nI was able to remove it<br \/>\n\u3053\u308c\u304c\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u30ec\u30bf\u30fc\u3067\u3059<br \/>\nThis is a carburetor<\/p>\n<p>\u6c5a\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nDirty<\/p>\n<p>\u5206\u89e3\u3057\u3066\u6c5a\u308c\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u9664\u3044\u3066\u3044\u304d\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nI will disassemble and remove the dirt<br \/>\nOpen the float \/>\nI was able to remove it by loosening the bolt just below the carburetor<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u306b\u6b8b\u3063\u3066\u3044\u305f\u71c3\u6599\u304c\u98db\u3073\u51fa\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f<\/p>\n<p>The fuel left inside spilled<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u306b\u5165\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u767d\u3063\u307d\u3044\u30d7\u30e9\u30b9\u30c1\u30c3\u30af\u304c\u30d5\u30ed\u30fc\u30c8\u3067\u3059<br \/>\nThe whitish plastic inside is the float<br \/>\n\u3053\u308c\u3067\u30ad\u30e3\u30d6\u306b\u6d41\u5165\u3059\u308b\u71c3\u6599\u3092\u51fa\u3057\u305f\u308a\u6b62\u3081\u305f\u308a\u3057\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nThis will turn on and off the fuel that flows into the carburetor.<\/p>\n<p>\u6b21\u306b\u30d5\u30ed\u30fc\u30c8\u3092\u5916\u3057\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nThen remove the float<br \/>\nPut machine screws and floats in the cover of the float chamber that was removed first, and spray carburetor cleaner to wash \/>\nClean the rest of the carburetor while soaking and washing<br \/>\n\u5168\u3066\u306e\u7a74\u306b\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u3092\u5439\u304d\u4ed8\u3051\u3066\u7dba\u9e97\u306b\u3057\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nClean all holes by spraying cleaner<br \/>\n\u6b21\u306b\u3064\u3051\u7f6e\u304d\u6d17\u3044\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u30b8\u30a7\u30c3\u30c8\u985e\u306e\u7a74\u3092\u6383\u9664\u3057\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nNext, clean the holes in the jets body<\/p>\n<p>\u30a8\u30a2\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u30ab\u30d0\u30fc\u3068\u30af\u30ea\u30fc\u30ca\u30fc\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u4ed8\u3051\u307e\u3059<br \/>\nInstall the air cleaner cover and cleaner<br \/>\n\u5168\u3066\u5143\u306b\u623b\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f<br \/>\nI was able to restore everything<br \/>\n\u8a66\u904b\u8ee2\u3067\u3059<br \/>\nIt is the test run<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u767a\u3067\u30a8\u30f3\u30b8\u30f3\u304c\u5feb\u9069\u306b\u59cb\u52d5\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f<br \/>\nThe engine started comfortably<br
